Whist seeking out tigers in Bandhavgarh National Park, the Langur monkeys were most interesting to observe. Their communal behaviour with each other seemed very human. The way they reacted with each other and even the way they mourned the death of a troop member. I wanted to try and capture some of these human-type characteristics. Observing this Langur, he sat on a log with his hands on his legs. It was so similar to how we sit and act. I could almost imagine a human soul sat in his body, acting just as we do.
